Ding, Ding , it’s cross season and CremaCycles would like to invite you to a special weekend surrounding the sport of cyclocross, American – Bavarian style. Two days of ‘cross clinics, races and rides. We will also open the doors to our new showroom to the public for a special showing of our complete lineup of bikes.

Saturday we will be offering the chance to learn the proper techniques of cyclocross from Pro Rider and CremaCycles owner, Ken Bloomer. The CremaCross Clinics will be an intensive hour of training on dismounts, re-mounts, carrying techniques and other tricks of the trade to help you improve your overall riding skills. There will be two clinics offered, one at 10 am and the other at 11 am, each costs 25 EUR, space is limited.
Following the CremaCross Clinics we will have races in the afternoon, starting with our open fun race at 1pm, open to all riders. Next up will be our full on cross event featuring top riders from around the region and Southern Germany. The racing will go up a notch with the Elite Men’s, Masters 35 + Women’s, Juniors & Single Speeders at 1:40pm. Prizes from our sponsors will be awarded to the top 3 in the Juniors & Single Speed, while money will be on the line for the top three for Pro Men’s, Women’s, & Masters 35 + classes. Licenses are not required for any of the categories, and mountain bikes are allowed.
1pm – 30 minutes – Open Race – Free – if you never raced ‘Cross before or just want to have fun
1:40 pm – 45 minutes – 5 EUR – Pro Men’s & Masters 35 +, Women’s, Juniors & Single Speed
Prizes will be awarded immediately following the last race back at the CremaCycles showroom in Zell, along with some local pretzels and Weizenbeer.
Sunday we invite everyone to take part in the Rapha CrossFondo to be kicked off with a breakfast, from 8 – 10 am, at the CremaCycles showroom in Zell. We will be serving up espressos and have semmels from local bakery Brunners on hand. The Rapha CrossFondo will start at 10 am from the showroom, take us over some of the most scenic roads in Allgäu and into Austria. The route is made up of mostly gravel/ forest roads with some Pave’ and even singletrack mixed in. There will be huts along the route for food and water. The ride will take approx 4 hours.
